We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel near the train station. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. we would recommend this hotel.

Near the S-bahn, breakfast was good, room was clean

Four complaints: (1) We were charged 11 Euros for breakfast each day for each child under 12, when we asked about this we were told we should not have been charged but that the hotel was not inclined to do anything to reimburse us. (2) We were given a smoking room when we had indicated preference was to have non-smoking - travelling with children. (3) There was no air-conditioning - the room was hot and smelled of smoke but we had to leave the window closed at night due to the noise from the bars opposite which went on until 4am. (4) In addition we were asked to pay in advance on arrival which seemed unusual but perhaps we would have had a basis on which to complain!!

Close to SBahn 2 minutes walk - Nice Greek restaurant next door - only 25 minutes from Airport by SBahn 1. Hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic as it's right next to a train station which takes you directly into the city center. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore Munich. Secondly, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. this hotel offered great value for money.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel's value for money is excellent, especially compared to other options in the area. The location is very convenient, as it is right next to a train station that provides easy access to the city. The staff and service at this hotel are commendable, as they go above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a window overlooking the rail and a big enough bed. The option to have tea facilities in the room is a nice touch.

It's very cosy and stylish hotel. Free parking is very good. The room is large, it has a new high-quality furniture.

If you have a car, it's not a problem to get to the city (20 min). But if you have not you'll need to use the train.

The location is too noisy for a hotel out of town. On the one side, the railway runs throughout the night. On the other, a narrow pedestrian precinct with a pub - after the pub closes, people hang around to chat noisily. But: during the Oktoberfest it's possible to stay there for under €200 a night, so it's a good bargain. But take your ear-plugs!

Absolutely nothing.

Its location to the Munich train system is great. It couldn't be any closer to the train stop. It is about a 30 minute train ride into Central Munich. The staff was ok, some of them were friendly, and some not as nice.

There is no wireless internet throughout the hotel. The only access to internet is one single computer sitting in the lobby. Being so close to the train station can sometimes get a little noisy.

The hotel is very close to the train station "Unterschleissheim", it is easy to go everywhere by train.

I booked 3 rooms by Booked.net but they booked only 2 rooms for me. Hopefully hotel was not full and they gave us 1 room more.

I really liked the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration made me feel right at home, with its warm colors and comfortable seating areas. It was very accessible for senior people like me, with easy-to-navigate hallways and well-placed handrails.

I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes it felt like the young staff members were more focused on their own tasks, and didn't always offer assistance or take the time to ensure our comfort.

Helpful staff and a nice breakfast.

Use of Wifi is chargable (not cheap) which is unreasonable nowadays. Spartan but functional style- you could almost be in a hospital. Seemed expensive but probably due to the bierfest effect. Arrived too late to try the "modern comforts" of the lcd tv, or the sauna.

The location & ease of getting to the city centre. Also great Italian resteraunt within walking distance of hotel.
